Concord Covered Bridge Historic District 2019 Tour of Homes

Thank You to everyone who bought Tickets for our Tour of Homes and especially to all our Sponsors.

It was a huge success and well received by everyone who participated or was involved behind the scenes.

The 2019 Tour of Homes was conducted by the Friends of the Concord Covered Bridge Historic District (FCCBHD), a non-profit community group supporting Cobb County’s first official historic district, established in 1986.

Our members are instrumental in planning, preserving, and improving the parks and greenspaces in Smyrna, Georgia along Nickajack Creek, home to the Concord Covered Bridge and other prominent landmarks from an earlier century.

The Event included lovely antebellum houses, a fascinating water-powered industrial complex, and a prominent Civil War battlefield site.
