Sunday Lecture on the History of the Concord Covered Bridge

The Smyrna Public Library hosts a series of monthly lectures the first Sunday of each month. May’s lecture will be given online by Philip Ivester on the obscure history of the iconic Concord Covered Bridge. Are you curious about its history? Want to see what the bridge looked like a hundred years ago when the mill pond was still intact? Want to know how many cars should go through on each turn? Tune in Sunday afternoon at 3PM for an interesting time. The library is currently closed, so the lecture will be held online via Zoom.

Email me (pivester@gmail.com) to receive a registration link for the Zoom conference call if you would like to attend.
